Hello, Healthy!

The New Year came and with it, resolutions for a healthier year! Now is when it’s starting to get a little tougher to stick to those goals, right? We are here to help! There are some great ways to add a little extra health to your smoothie and “power up” those resolutions! We are starting off the year with a series about the “Power Up” options so you know what to choose to stick to your goals and continue to say “Hello, Healthy!” each day.

Let’s start with the Greens. This power up is a serious multitasker!

First things first, it’s hard to stick to your health goals if you get a cold or the flu, so the immunity aids in this power up are incredibly helpful to keep you feeling your best! Our Greens include Asian and American Ginseng, which has been shown to reduce inflammation, oxidative stress, and increase immune function as well as enhance the effects of vaccinations, such as influenza. It has also been shown to help fight fatigue and promote energy.
